Machine quilted and pieced.
When I made this lap quilt I had no idea how beautiful this would turn out. My intention was to put as many left over fabric pieces together creating something of beauty. I was totally surprised by the richness of color, even gemstone quality of the color combinations.
I use high quality 100% cotton fabric.
The batting is by Warm N Natural and is 80 cotton/20 polyester.
I wash all of my quilts before shipping, giving it a slightly puckered vintage look, while also softening the fabrics.
Machine wash on delicate setting with cold water and mild liquid soap and machine dry normal.
Created in a smoke free but dog/cat friendly home.
